Who are we?
We are an integrative-first pediatric practice for families who want more time, more access, and a true partnership in their child's care.
This is a small, concierge practice focused on prevention, education, and truly personalized care, so parents feel supported and children can thrive.
A different model of pediatric care
Silvey Integrative Pediatrics was created for families who want more than brief, transactional visits. This practice is intentionally small, allowing care to be unhurried, relationships to deepen, and guidance to be proactive rather than reactive. Alongside evidence-based medicine, this practice emphasizes an integrative approach — focusing on nutrition, sleep, movement, emotional health, and lifestyle to better support your child as a whole.
About Dr. Cara Silvey
I am a board-certified pediatrician with formal training in Integrative Medicine. I created Silvey Integrative Pediatrics to offer families a different model of care that allows for deeper relationships, meaningful education, and a true focus on long-term wellness and prevention.
Silvey Integrative Pediatrics is designed for families who:
• Feel rushed, overlooked, or fragmented in the current healthcare system
• Are busy and value a pediatrician who truly knows their child
• Value education and want to understand the "why", not just the "what"
• Are interested in integrative and holistic approaches alongside evidence-based medicine
• Want to focus on prevention, lifestyle, and long-term wellness
• Appreciate longer visits, thoughtful conversations, and relationship-based care
• Want more direct access to their pediatrician when guidance is needed

Vaccines
Silvey Integrative Pediatrics is designed for families who value prevention and evidence-based care. Vaccines remain one of the most well-studied and effective tools we have in protecting children’s health. We will follow guidelines from the American Academy of Pediatrics. While individualized discussions and thoughtful pacing can be a part of your child's care, this practice is not the right fit for families who are not open to vaccination.
Founding Families
Silvey Integrative Pediatrics will open in Spring 2027.
Founding enrollment begins November 2026.The first 30 families to enroll will become our Founding Families - a small group who will help shape the practice from the very beginning.As a thank you, Founding Families will receive a two-year locked membership rate, special founding benefits, and opportunities to help shape the practice as it grows.
